Road trip to northern villages

To be able to go to all nine schools in one week instead of three we had to split up. So on Wedsneday 3:30 AM, Joel and I left Oskar alone in Windhoek and began an adventurous 900 km long journey to the north of Namibia. Susan of Star for Life drove ahead of us, […]

Alone in Windhoek

Since the last blogpost three days ago until today I have been alone in Windhoek. During this time I have been traveling around with Foreversun which is a Star For Life employe. We’ve visited three schools, two in Windhoek and one in Rehoboth. These were the last three schools (except for the two in the […]

Waiting for the computers

Our first day began with being picked up by a sweet Life Skills Couch from Star for Life called Anneli. We were brought to the office to meet the rest and plan the start of our mission. (In Namibia the schools have a subject called life skills – cooool.) The city of Windhoek is quite […]

We have arrived!

We met up at the Landvetter airport in Gothenburg where we headed for our first flight. This was to be the first in a series of three flights for a total of 25 hours. All flights went well even though long. As we approached the Windhoek airport we looked out the window to see the […]
